Knowledge Management and Sustainable Balanced Scorecard: Practical Application to a Service SME

Many works highlight the importance and added value of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in companies, as well role Knowledge Management (KM) for their revitalization, but even more important is to ensure that all efforts resources are aligned with organization’s strategic objectives (Balanced Scorecard, BSC). The aim this work integrate BSC, CSR KM based on results two previous researches: one BSC–CSR other KM, both a projective nature (description-action-contrast). research carried out has made it possible identify 45 indicators, 102 indicators corresponding correlations perspectives BSC. In addition, an Excel tool was designed developed SMEs customizable, intuitive useful decision-making, which allowed us contrast obtained results.
